Live Zoom lessons in a small group setting (up to four people)

Live Alexander Technique Zoom classes in a small group (up to four people)

Join me for a small Alexander Technique Zoom class. These small‑group classes are a relaxed, effective, and affordable way to explore the Alexander Technique. You’ll learn practical tools you can use anywhere, anytime.

Who is this class for?

  • This class is for people who’d like their sitting, standing, walking, and computer (and other screen) use to feel more comfortable.
  • It’s for people who want to reduce or avoid neck and back pain and improve their posture in the process.
  • It’s for anyone who’s curious about the Alexander Technique and would like a practical, affordable way to try it out.

What may arise:

  • Patterns that contribute to neck and back pain
  • Coming out of a screen slump without adding extra tension
  • Feeling taller and lighter without forcing posture
  • Alexander Technique ideas—like inhibition, end-gaining, and primary control—turned into simple, everyday language
  • Concepts from my very practical, slightly wacky book “Lighten UP

“I took Alexander Technique Zoom classes last summer, and they were fantastic. Mark explained the concepts simply and clearly, and was incredibly supportive. The classes were fun. I noticed improvements in my posture and my mood, even over Zoom. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to improve their posture and well‑being. Thank you.” – Judy L.
