I feel so good I don’t want to move.

"I don't want to move" is a statement I hear often during Alexander Technique lessons. People feel so good, especially after leaving the massage table, they don't want to take a step, or even move their head. Happier Holidays

Can the Alexander Technique and Alexander Technique lessons help us with the stress of the holidays, 2011 style? Absolutely, especially when we remember that the stress isn't the problem. The real problem is how we handle the stress, and the manifestations of the stress. Stress has symptoms.
